I keep getting calls from 281 823 8396 but i dont answer them so no idea what robo call this is.
I've received prerecorded call from this number stating someone trying to block my SS# and driver license. To avoid that I need to call same number back. When I called and asked what's it all about they simply hang out on me. Strange and suspicious behavior.
