Same. Got a call from my sister saying they called her about a legal matter and that I put her down as a reference. I most definitely was not in any legal activity. What a scam. They think ur family members will support you and pay for whatever u have going on. Horrible!!
I received a call from Jessica Hernandez about civil complaint documents that were sent out supposedly over 30days ago. SCAMMERS!!! I have nothing on my credit record.
The message stated they were a law firm Ellington and associates and that there was a civil complaint by my county, that I needed to call to avoid Legal action. I am not involved in any illegal activity
I got two calls from this number and the one calling was a Jessica Hernandez then a Britney about an account with HSBC that I owed money and she was going to file a civil complaint with Duval County San Diego Texas
Just got 2 same calls after they called my husband’s number.
(281) 824-3527 - received a call saying they were calling on behalf of Benson & Associates and that they had mailed me out some documents and did I receive them. Told them no. Claimed they were only a 3rd party notifying me of documents mailed out due to a legal matter but could not discuss what the legal matter was.
