Just received this call from someone, with Money mutual out of Florida! Fake company, trying to rip people off! Then trying to threaten me with legal action.

Claims I owe money to a loan. Wrong last 4 of social security number and they get very angry once I tell them that. They continue to threaten me.

FAKE SCAMMER. Claiming my wife took out a payday loan over 8 years ago and never paid it back. Did not follow recording protocols.

Scammer trying to trick people. Leaves vague threatening messages. When you call the number from a private line (using *67) the call says it "cannot be competed" but if you call back from your personal number some Neanderthal answers the phone "bidnez awfice" and won't tell you WHAT business. Obvious scam

These guys are such an illegal joke and waste of time!! DO NOT CALL THEM BACK, but be aware they have now called 3 different family members of mine in the last 2 weeks with threatening messages! Not only is this harassment and illegal, but it is not a legitimate debt of mine! It's embarrassing and a pain in the butt, but ignore them and their threats because sadly they ACT so mean and scary that many people pay them and lose hard earned money on a bunch of BS!!

Called and said that I had a complaint against me. Said I owed a payday loan company and it was not included in my bankruptcy $3000. Said that I owed them from 5 yrs. ago. I don't owe no one anything. I told them I filed bankruptcy and said it was not included. I said because I don't owe you that's why. She said I can garnish your wages in a click of a button. WOW!!

Called and said I have a judgement against me in ______ county. I called the number back and told them I filed bankruptcy. At that point he became rude and told me this was not included in bankruptcy and that since I'm unwilling to pay, they would move forward with wage garnishment and hung up on me. Definitely a scam as he also refused to call my attorney. This should definitely qualify under harassment.

Left VM: "This message is for __ I'm calling in referece to a pending matter out of __ County. I'm informing you that we will be making a recommendation to the client to move forward with this complaint at this time you are neglecting your right to take care of this matter voluntarily. We will contact your human resource department for a wage verification..." I have nothing outstanding, and these threats are or should be illegal.

Said I have something against my name in Harris county and they will contact my human resource department for garnishment. I have not owed anyone any money and the SOL in Texas is 4 years so def havent taken any loans or anything within this time frame. My cell phone detects this number as a Scam Likely number.

Said a file was placed against me with no additional information, saying it is imminent that additional charges will be brought against me.
