Me too. called maybe 12 or more times just today. Also getting calls from Damascus - multiple times a day for quite some time until these started. Believe this person is in Damascus.
This number has called half a dozen times in the last two hours. Each time there is just one ring before a hangup. If I try to call back, it is a non-working number.
