spam message nate. keep reporting. hopefully the cell phone companies will block him, but i doubt that.
It is definitely a scam. I would just delete message and don't click on any link in the message.
This Nate guy who says he is a realtor even tracks down peoples’ relatives and harassed them about selling properties they don’t own. I’m not sure how he got my relatives number who doesn’t live at the property in question. It’s nothing but simple harassment!
Grrr this made me so mad! I want to find his address and have everyone I know text him this same message. "Hey [name], my apologies for the surprise msg. I hope you are staying healthy! I'm Nate, a local realtor and I am interested in buying the property at [address] Do I have the right person?"

I received pretty much the same message. This person Nate wanted to buy my house. I never put my house on the market. I don't know how he gets my address. Please do something to stop him. He can't just keep on doing this!

It is a real estate agent named Nathan (Nate) Alexander Young. I also received the same message as others have received. Seems to be a new way of cold "calling" in this modern world. A quick google search of the phone number used and the name Nate turned up all this information. The person is probably using similar techniques to obtain personal information based on publicly available information and sending spam emails on a large calling list.
