DO NOT BELIEVE THEM....I FEEL SO STUPID FOR TRUSTING THEM..... I hope you will learn from my mistake for trusting people. Totally a scam and I was gullible to believe them....Robert and Debbie are super sweet people and they totally ripped us off hundreds of dollars saying they were a Modifications Solutions program https://www.modhelp.org/contact/ - who could help reduce our interest rate to 2% since ours has been creeping up year after year since we have a variable rate. Please do not send them any checks or money as they are a complete scam! Got a call last night and waisted about 15 minutes of this idiot's time. It's a total scam because he said he could drop my mortgage to 2% but when I asked him direct questions he got pissed off. He eventually figured out I was messing with him and hung up, but it was fun giving them the run around for a change.

Two calls from this number in two days ... Both the same man and both for different reasons ... One telling me I can refinance my student loan and the second one was I can refinance my mortgage ...You can hear other people talking in the background ... Scam
