unsolicited e/m rec'd saying i was getting refund of $399. for my computer service contract NEVER SIGNED UP for anyting. this is a big SCAM they also call on phone. e/m gave phone 302 585 1815 to call instructed NOT to e/mail back only CALL that # to get refund. i filed complaint with FTC.gov and put them on my Spammer list. Never respond to this junk.. they also call on phone in person and ROBO.
e mail this morning said I signed up for tech service via computer--------NO, NEVER DID------and said they were reversing my charges -------NEVER gave them any card to use-----and they were out of business for 354 days. HUH? report them to better business in all states-----scam----ignore contact and calls and said call Robert JOnes-----yeah right---number 302-585-1815 -----this is going in trash.
