got a text saying: BOBBYattempt to serve you, a courier will be arriving with paperwork at your home or place of employment between 2 and 6pm any questions call 8557791422. I didn't call from my cell but from a random phone...they said Sullivan and Associates...we don't recognize this number who are you calling about? I have random name. I asked "Who is this again and where are you located"...they said "Sullivan and Associates, del mar delaware, we're an arbitration office working on behalf of attorney Karen White". Person on the other end was pushy, wanted my name...gave fake name....she said we don't have anything with that name, then I gave "my bosses" name she said "sorry, just disregard the call". They need to be shut down!

I've received multiple calls with a recording to press 0. Everytime I pressed 0, they hung up on me. I decided to call them back and the rudest person I've ever had to deal with answered the phone. She looked up my phone number and asked if I was so & so. When I said no, she hung up. They kept calling me, so I called back and asked for her name, she refused. I asked for a supervisor, she refused. I asked for a manager, and she claims that they do not have one. Then she hung up again. I called back again. You want to waste my time, I can waste yours. I asked to speak to the attorney handling the case associated with my phone number, she refused. She said it is not you. I explained to her, I have all day to keep calling back to speak to someone else. She then said,"I'll find a janitor for you to talk too", then placed me on hold. I waited.......a gentleman by the name of Mason Randall (claimed to be a manager), I requested to file a complaint, but he did not ask me for my name. I asked him for her name and mailing address to write a letter. He refused. He claims her customer service ID # 304344 and would not give out his address because he claims I'm hostel. He claims the companies name is Office of Sullivan & Assoc from Delmar Delaware. They need to be shut down.

As above lady stated she was from Sullivan and Associates, coming to serve papers to addresses I have not lived at in 15 years. Also calling other numbers of family, harassing them as well.

Not only did I get a call from a male claiming to be from Sullivan, but my ex husband (over 30 years ago) and several friends have also gotten calls. They all stated that the man said the sheriff would be coming to escort me to jail at a certain time tomorrow. Have no clue how they got mine or my friends numbers.

Woman called to verify employment for someone who doesn’t work at my company. Preceded to call back and call me an ignorant bitch after I hung up the first time and then demanded to speak to a manager and talk trash about the company after I hung up a second time.

Michael Duane (Dwayne) called my number and stated that some person that never has had my number or EVER lived at my new build home was being served. I called to tell them as such he was a jerk. He said he couldn't stop it and it didn't work that way. When I questioned him and asked what county and that I worked for both law enforcement and now county, he hung up on me.

Lady stated she was from Sullivan and Associates. Cursed me out. Called me gay. Told me to suck my husbands dick (I'm not gay or married). Called me a b**** a** n*****. Threatened to have a sheriff come and serve me papers.
