received a call from 833-372-5815 and didn't answer. the voice mail: Hello. This is Louie from FedEx Ground. We have a package addressed for that we were unable to deliver. The reason for this call is to confirm your delivery address so we can make another delivery attempt on the next business day. If you can call us back at 833-372-5815 and can you provide this unique identifier number which is that is . thank you and have a wonderful day. I am expecting a fedex delivery today, but I also saw the FedEx ground guy here delivering a different package to another resident. I'll block my ID and call to see what's up and post the results.

As some of these comments, it also happened to me today. Zalma from Fedex Ground services left a message with an 833 number and it was difficult to understand the rest of the numbers. She wanted to talk to me to verify address to deliver a package, which I am not even expecting

Similar experience as everyone before. . . call came in from supposed "FedEx Ground" from 303-214-6058. Asked me to call back on an 833 number 'She' even left out one of the 3's apparently when reciting that number, so couldn't have even called IF I though it was a legit call. Stay away!

Received a call for my daughter saying they were from Fedex and needed a correct address and tracking number for the package. Gave me the same *33 # to call back. My daughter had ordered something, but when we tracked the package, it did not need any additional info to deliver.

was called by 303-214-6058 saying they were FedEx Ground trying to deliver a package. Had 1/2 my address right and the other was from another state. Give me a 833 number to call. Accent was from India.

Fake FedEx phone call . Call from this phone number saying there was a problem with a FedEx delivery asking me to call back on an 833 phone number and give them my information AND tracking number. When i called a verified FedEx number, they indicated that they DO NOT ask people to call back any number except their published **800** phone number (NOT an 833 number, and that THEY would have a tracking number if there was a delivery problem). Was told by an official FedEx supervisor NOT to call this number. FRAUD CALL.

Same as everyone else. A person who can barely speak English says they want to verify a FedEx shipment and to call back and give them all my info.

Received the package I was expecting this morning at 10am. Then received a phone call at 2:13pm claiming to be FedEx and needed to confirm address for delivery. I knew it was a scam because I had already received my package. She knew my address but changed the last number, so i would correct her. Although i gave no personal information because of how many scam phone calls are going around now. it's ridiculous..
