Angelic G. called saying she was from the Boulder Emergency Physician's calling in regards to some information regarding my account. She then proceeded to ask for my information which I didn’t give her any, Instead I asked to call back and get her first and last name. She advised that she could not give me her last name just her inicial. I asked what was the best number for me to call her back to and she said 1-833-294-7256. She said she was the only Anglic G. I than called my emergency department and they advised that they had no record of any “Angelic G “ in there hospital or department of emergency Physicians.
