they call and say their name and they are with the credit dept and this call is on a recorded line then they hang up
Additional calls from 304-245-6908 and 304-396-3509 - all recorded messages claiming to be "Ashley, with the Office of Administrative Hearings".
Stated Erin, vacation specialist, calling on a recorded line. Scam call, hung up. Reported to do not call, again. I report and block calls and then they call on a new number.

Supposedly conducting survey. They kept trying to get me to say "yes" even after I answered the question. When I said you're trying to get me to say a certain word that I won't say on the phone they hung up.
