Claimed to be with Pain Management left a call back number, recited so quick that you would likely not remember if not on an answering machine and then hung up.
Told him several times over the past month or longer to not call anymore that I wasn't interested and to remove my number from his list. Still calls me almost everyday. If I don't answer leaves no message.
