ID says "Business Cap". She asks for the owner by name. I asked who's calling ... "Melissa". Yeah, very professional. I laughed. "Melissa, what company are you with????" "This is concerning a followup to a UCC filing ... " I stopped her right there. Three years or more of this UCC crap. I said "No, don't call us again," and hung up. I know that request won't be honored. It never is. God Bless our FCC ....
