Clearly a scam call. Claimed to be from Microsoft and threatened to cancel my Microsoft license if I hung up on her.

Said they were Microsoft, that I had a virus on my computer, and that they would talk me thru on my computer helping me to remove it. I could hear several voices in the background, and told them I wouldn't trust anyone calling me with this type of story.
Received a call showing this number, and the name "COMBANK" on caller ID: person who answered said we were on a RECORDED LINE, and she needed to ask me questions about my home for a mortgage loan update. I asked what company she was with, and she answered (something like:) "Home Mortgage Investors Company", etc. and I replied: "the caller ID says "COMBANK".. who are they"? THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY. This is the second time I've received this call under this number. SERIOUS SCAM! DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS!!!
