These guys are good at what they do. THey have all the answers to your questions. I jerked one around for 10 minutes and he asked what I was going to do with the money. I told him I did not need the money and that he could have it or donate it. He asked me to call a 800402 8410 to get my winning ticket reissued. He said the Capital Bank in Tallahassee fl was to issue the check, and that i was in third place, and sorry that I did not win the big price. I called Capital Bank in Tallahassee and they knew nothing of issuing a check in that amount and would look into it as there reputition was being tarnished. Please do not fall for this scam. He still calls me from this number even tho i have call id, which at this point is a worse scam as nothing is being done to stop these scumbags. I have blocked over a 100 in the last 3 months and they still call. We can send a man to the moon but do nothing about these scamers.

this is a scam to get people believing they have won a lot of money and use the Fla State game commission and to have this money delivered they want you tp pay $5400 .00 but say it will be refunded on delivery of the $450,000.00
