I just received that same voicemail today. Never said who he was, the company name or the state/county.
Got a vm from the number stating that my SSN has been associated with a complaint. Then stated I had 72 hours for me or my lawyer to respond to this complaint. Then ended the call with Good Luck. I don't owe no one anything. Y'all please beware of these scams.
I have been getting the same calls and messages threatening that they will be sending it to the county clerks in the county I live in. Glad to know that I'm not the only one, because at first I was afraid and set up an arrangement, but more and more they would constantly call and so I started to question it. From what I've been reading, we should not be getting calls frequently like that nor should they be sending threats
Received several calls at work regarding debt owed. Ms. White 1-395-574-9867 ext 3010 Capital Credit Group. Acct #202599 . If U didnt set up payment a Judgement will be placed. Called my job(Supervisor). Set up payment arrangement $128.34 monthly(Feb 5, 2020) however, have not received any paperwork as of today regarding payment arrangement.
