Scam, this scammers have my name , last 4 of my social security number, and a old address, do not give any information to this burglars.

Putting my experience down to help others who also received a call from this number. I didn't answer, they left voicemail with exact statements as others have described. I didn't call back and don't plan to. Despicable. I don't even know how this is allowed to happen. It should be illegal.

"[name] in accordance with stated federal regulations you are hereby notified of the pending claim in our office. Your file number is 168-8460. It is in your best interest to speak to a live representative now by pressing 1 or either you or your attorney contact Global Management at telephone # 800-839-1639. This is an urgent matter requiring your immediate attention. Please reference to your file number when calling in. You have been officially notified.

when i call back nobody answers

Declare on a recorded message that "you have been officially notified" The Law does not work with recorded messages to notify you about legal matters you need to address. Definitively scammers fishing for easy pray. Don't be one. Ignore. If you have a legal problem pending, the law will find the proper way to notify you and you will not have any doubt about it.

I too received a call from these scumbags like the previous commentator noted, about to call 800-839-1639 on urgent matter and left a file number to reference & said they were from Global Management. These scumbags, whoever they are, should summarily be put up against a wall and executed for preying upon and stealing the life savings from the most vulnerable in our society namely the elderly and those uninformed about such scams.

scam/knows the name/talks about a fake claim

Received call from 305-699-0797. Said they were Global Management and had an urgent matter I needed to return call about. left a file number and left msg for me to call 800-839-1639 on urgent matter and left a file number to reference & said they were from Global Management. I did not call back and I recommend that no one else calls back from someone using this number and technique.

Was a recorded message saying I needed to speak to representative on an urgent matter or have my lawyer contact them with a number at telephone 8. I don't I think this is a scam
