Said they were Comcast Knew my name Sounded like they were walking I hung up They have their intro spiel well memorized
Said they were Comcast. Knew my name but based on the questions that were asked they had no idea what service I currently have. Asked me to hold while they looked for current offers available to me. That’s when I Googled the phone number and found it was not a Comcast phone number. I hung up. Never got a call back. Very suspicious.
Keeps calling my cell phone? Must be a robo call because you can not return the call. We pay a lot of money for these services, why can't the find a way to stop them?
We do not know the reason of the calls, because we do not respond to unknown numbers, but do not leave a message. They call every day more than once. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!
When I answered the phone a msg asked me to please hold for important medical information. After several minutes, hung up.
Said they were comcast however it is not a comcast number and they had no idea what kind of service I had. I do no think this is legitimate.
