Part human, part recording. Claimed a relative had several complaints against him which they were in the process of filing. Supposedly asking to confirm an address and the paperwork was going to be filed with his county. Ends message with "so-and-so has been officially notified."

Says there are supposedly several complaints against me and to call a different number. Gives me a case number and tells me "I've officially been notified." Pretty obvious scam.
