Couple robocalls. Reported them in violation of TPCA
Violation of “national do not call” statutes. Recorded voice threatens legal action. The calls repeat 3-8 times through the day. Please report your experience to help arrest the crooks
Alleged Civil Lawsuit, called yesterday left a 520 area code number to call back to resolve with client, today the call back number is 605-960-2046.
Left a threatening voice message. They said the wrong first name but said my correct last name, left by a female. This is the message: "This message is for (name said via computerized voice) I'm contacting you from the processing department. I received an order for you pertaining to two pending matters, unfortunately because I'm unable to reach you by phone I may be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence (computerized name mentioned again) you have the right to contact the client to resolve your case file voluntarily but do understand that when you are located your forfeit that right. Your case file number is BPF134672 and you can 603-755-6098 you have been notified.
Same as previous comment. Alleged Civil Lawsuit, threatened to pick up at place of employment or residence refused to leave company name.
