Warning: This is a real estate scammer. A person named April left a message asking about a property and said to call her back at 562-362-4472. The phone number is recorded message asking for your name, phone number, and property address. DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH YOUR INFORMATION. All professional real estate agents, companies, etc. must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry. Both phone numbers (562-362-4472 & 310-340-0183) are associated with scammers. I filed a complaint with the FTC, FCC, and other applicable agencies.

It rang for a split second and then they canceled the call. Then I got a voicemail from the number and some lady said she wanted to buy a house and to call 562-362-4472

Got unsolicited call from the number. Person stated they were calling from Home Buying Solutions in Los Angeles, CA. When I asked for information as to the location of company, person hung up in my face. My phone number is on every do no call list out there, maybe that’s why she hung up.

Recorded message from woman saying she wanted to buy our house "as is" as soon as possible. Beginning of recording cut by my voicemail. Left a return phone, but not her name or company.
