Has called me and my coworker hundreds of times in the past year. If we answer they do not answer. If we do not answer they leave a voicemail, or two, or three that are either empty, a TV, child, or woman in the vackground, or "Ueka Elvis Oparacha 310-531-3514" and recently added "email ioparacha@yahoo.com." I once answered with "Hello Mr. Ueka Elvis Oparacha" and simply received a "yes" before they hung up. Very annoying, filling up my voicemail fast and always calls in the early morning or midnight with occasional daytime calls.

Has called over 100 times in the past year. If I answer, they do not answer. If I do not answer they leave a voicemail and page me via text. "Ueka Elvis Oparacha, 310-531-3514. Latest one added 'email ioparacha@yahoo.com'" Spelling is likely wrong, somewhat strong accent. Sometimes you can hear the tv, a woman, or a child in the background.
