My Voice Mail said I had a voice message (cell phone) It was a recorded call - an offer to buy my house for cash, commission would be paid by caller. She gave this number in her recorded message BUT MY CELL PHONE DID NOT RING. How do they get around a live call and just leave a voicemail?
Somehow they knew my name. When I asked why they were calling. they said I owed money. Now true
