Recorded message saying I hit his car and left a note with this number
I 've instructed the FTC and Do Not Call to call 312-340-0405 and give their own bank information. Once the scammers get into the FTC's account(s), maybe something will finally be done about this type of call. As for now, they barely give a shit.
