Received a call 3 times a day every day, the are getting in my nerves, how can I stop them.from calling me?

Didn't answer. Robotic, distorted voice identifying themselves as the IRS and threatening legal action. SCAM ALERT. Out of the hundreds of calls they prey on that one individual who will fall victim to their ploys. This is 2018, come on people. Certainly this type of harassment can be stopped. The FCC and FTC need to start cracking down and sentencing time for this kind of crime.
