Received a voicemail on 3/27/2019 from Andrew at Wyndham's Member Services. Caller was not from Wyndham! Be careful, this is a SCAM.
Left voicemail - "Stephanie" from Member Services said there was a flag on my Wyndham account & to call a toll-free number to discuss. I called the number I have for Wyndham Member Services - there is nothing flagged on my account nor do they recognize the toll-free or direct number. SCAM!!
Called my home phone/landline yesterday at 11:46 a.m.. "Stephanie Fuller" with Member Services left a toll-free number to call back to get money back for unused points (that has to be a first--a timeshare offering to reimburse an owner for unused points!) . I called the toll-free number and left my name and my cell number. I didn't get a call back until this (314) 287-3346 number called me today at 5:17 p.m. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer the call and they did not leave a VM.
