Guy named Jerry called about a medical alert system. He was apparently reading from a script, and I didn't catch his name and what the nature of his call was. As he rattled on I tried to interrupt him, even yelling into the phone. Finally, he paused which gave me time to ask who was calling and nature of his call. Rather than answer, he started reading the script AGAIN. "This is Jerry calling about a medical alert system...". I interrupted to let him know I was on the Do Not Call List and At that point the incoming call line went dead immediately...LOL. Didn't even have time to finish my statement to him.
A recorded voice calls and states they are calling to help someone who is hearing impaired in the home. The same voice and same number will also call and state they can help lower the mortgage.
Rec'd call from this # on 3/28/2019 in the afternoon. All I heard was "can you hear me OK" & then no message was left when I didn't answer. Caller ID showed name as 'unknown'.
