got a call from this number, hung up after 4 rings--before answering machine would have picked up. i called the number back a few minutes later, it went right to voice mail, the shpiel was "hi this is dennis. i apologize i missed your call. i've been calling homeowners in the area..." which is when i hung up. another nuisance call.
