I have gotten 6 calls just today and I haven't answered them but the vm says to press or say 9
Jefferson County Jail. They seem to allow unlimited time for inmates to call and annoy others by asking for bail money. Had to block number

Just repeatedly called my number left a voicemail. The voicemail was automated and did not leave an intelligent message.
Called 5 times within 1 hour, left voicemail each time but only a few seconds of a recorded message including "..press or say 9...".
