(315) 228-9306 has called 4 times in 2 days. they do not leave a message. When I call back, I get a lot of static then a mans voices says "This is channel 47-4" I am tired of these robo calls, spam calls and calls from people I can't understand. Obama should have never released our cell numbers for public access!
