Missed call, called back, was answered with "hello this is Sam, on a recorded line' how can I help you?." I replied with "I dont know, I missed a call from this number...." Was cut off and a recorded message, "this # has been added to our do not call list", and disconnected. I blocked it anyway.....
Did not answer as it had the international prefix +1then the US 1316 format
doesnt give you a chance to say anything and when you try to say anything they talk over you. hang up and dont give info to them!
