Got a text message from coastal urgent Care stating I had a visit and sent a link to sign consent forms. Got a second text with another link asking me to take a survey about my visit. Did not open the links, have never been there, and have never heard of them
This is a moron who after repeated requests, hanging up still calls stating I requested a job inquiry.
calling saying their customer service and every time you take the phone number off the list they find another number to call you from I'm tired of these people calling me ugh!!!
