Yes called and stated I have complaints filed in district court and gave a reference number.
The call from 319-666-0434 calls at least once a week. Will not give reason just states i must call them in a very threatening voice. Now its saying if i dont call them they can look for me thru my work or home. After they stated you have been warned. Never once stated for what or what's it involving. But always threatening tone on voice mail. All i know is i don't owe anything but my personal bills.
Called me at work saying that they have sent me legal papers that I have ignored and now they are going to my company to get my wages garnished and are going to file legal papers against me in the county court. I have never received any legal papers.
Constantly calling about a person I've never heard of. I've told them to remove me and never call again and they still call.
Threatening to take me to Small Claims court. Stated they sent me letters that I did not respond to under the name Barbara Morrison. I have not been Barbara Morrison since 2009.
Robo call claiming that google records were showing that our accounts were going to be suspended.
