Boiler room call. You can hear all the scammers in the background saying that they're the IRS

The one time I answered this phone as numerous calls were received, the person spoke to where you could not make out what they were saying. Reviewed the call and the corporation and could not find anything on it. Seems very suspicious and as though the person/people are conducting Phishing to see who will bite.
