LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - FL
Got unwanted call from 321-684-4990?
Called claiming to be IRS
This company is a typical TAX SCAMMER! They're the SHARK looking for someone to scam. They try to intimidate you, by accessing public IRS Tax Levy. You are better off calling the IRS directly; You can call the tax help line for individuals (1-800-829-1040) or businesses (1-800-829-4933) to speak with an IRS representative. Tell them (IRS) the truth why you can't pay and maybe they'll put your file into un-collectable status until you're able to pay them something. The IRS has the ability to classify a taxpayer as having so little assets or income that they don't think it's worth their effort to continue with collections. Sometime the IRS will call this a hardship case, uncollectible or status 53 (which is the code number entered into the computer). Also, There is an IRS statute of limitations on collecting taxes. The IRS is limited to 10 years to collect back taxes, after that, they are barred by law from continuing collection activities against you
