This is a home improvement service. The caller called last week and I advised that I didn't need his service. He called today and was rude. When I told him that I did not need his service, he said, "your wife does". When I asked him "what?", he said between 2 and 4 am... If I thought that he'd be the guy doing the service, I'd hire him just to beat the S*** out of him!
