Received a robo recorded call today from (call ID 323-407-9903, stating that I had one last chance to call them back to avoid being arrested tomorrow

Today at 11am I received this call as a voice message .I called and they indicated that were with the social Security administration and warned me of pending sheriff department service of legal notice. I find it amazing that the authorities can;t find these scam artists and shut down their call centers
