These callers pretend to be from Trend Micro, a leading security software (antivirus) company. The know that you have an account with this company (scary) and tell you that the company forgot to install some software last time you called. This is a scam to put harmful software in your computer. The caller usually has an Asian accent. If you confront them, they stubbornly keep saying that they really are calling from Trend Micro. Just hang up.
