Individual with very thick east Indian accent calls, says firewall on HP computer broached. I asked for serial number of HP computer (we have ONE in the laboratory). The serial number was no where near the serial number on our machine. Insisted they were from HP tech support. Gave me 800-502-9305 to call back, once I checked the serial number for match. The 800 number is busy and no one answers the 323-755-5720.
