I would say a gentleman called but he was no gentleman. I am at a place of business and received a call for a former employee. When I informed him the employee no longer works here he called me a liar and slammed the phone in my ear. When I called back to speak to a supervisor, he repeated the same thing and accused me of playing games and slammed the phone again. I tried calling back again to speak to a supervisor but they repeatedly answer and immediately hang up. Even if the employee worked here I would not assist anyone who behaves in such an professional manner. If some with this organization reads this, I suggest you schedule an in-service on professional behavior. Employees who act like this person surely cannot be successful at collecting anything other than complaints.
FYI PNC if you would like to collect I would suggest being nicer to people. At the end of the day we obviously know it'll affect our credit not the PNC people.

Get a call everyday about the same time. They never say anything and hang up after i answer. I have blocked the numbers and they keep changing and calling back. I know its the same PNC people because thats who always answers when i call back.
