A man by the name of Gary Wilson said he was from the Federal Trade Commission and needed to fix something on my computer so I could get $199 back for service they supplied the number was 325-305-5735 from Dallas Texas is this a valid number or is it a scam

had this guy said he had money for me to refund and needed my bank account information sounded like a scam for sure he said the company that i had payed for $350 us dollars for some kind of fire wall that had me fix up my computer like realy and now going to give me back my money never heard anything like this refund ever money gone
