Keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a message. Calls all time of day and night but i refuse to answer it. This is absolutely totally irritating!!????

I keep getting calls from various numbers in Winona Ohio..All start with 330-222- last 4 numbers vary..I have no idea who this scammer is....I don't know any one in Winona Ohio...
Vague call threatening some type of action against me. Client is willing to settle today if I call back. A mix of an actual person and recorded information.
