Call stating need my account number. Got rude when questioning what this was about. Called back numerous time and just hung up.
Russ from "Incern" keeps calling saying its very important that I call back to take care of our Dominion gas bill. No idea who this is but based on the feedback here it looks like it's a scam. Each time they call it comes from a different phone number but always give the same 330-355-1829 number in the message.
A caller named "chay" to pay a gas bill that only she can help in the process. Keeps calling very annoying... using the phone 330-355-1829 ext 8577
Got a phone call from Ben asking for an operations manager about our gas bill. He was calling a dentist's office. I asked if I could have the acct # or address for the service location. He could not give me that information. Asked him for his name and number and I would have someone call him back. He gave me the phone number of 330-355-1829 Ext#8383
I got a call from 330-355-1829 Ext 8466.. caller stated her name was Jahnaja Murph??... she asked to speak to the operations manager about an invoice.. i told her she wasnt in the office. she got snippy and said i dont care i just need to talk to someone in accounts receivable.. i told her she could call her on monday.. then i checked the number on here and saw its a scam!
Received a call at work from this number. The caller identified themselves as Russ. (330-355-1829, ext. 8428) Russ wanted to speak with the owner of our business, then the next in charge. Neither were available, so they pressed for alternative contact information. Caller seemed to remain intentionally vague regarding the company they were representing, as well as the nature of their call. Eventually they stated they were calling 'regarding a Duke Energy account'. A quick Google search confirms that Duke Energy would NOT call and harass customers in this manner. If you receive a call from a suspicious number, and have any hesitancy regarding the legitimacy of their credentials, please hang up and call the company yourself. SCAM!!! Rude! Called our business, didn't say hello just demanded to speak with the office manager (our doctor who was with appointments). Couldn't identify who she wanted to speak with by name. Rudely demanded the next in charge, I offered to take a message a second time. Angrily stated that the "office manager needs to call Jamie back ASAP and she better have the invoice ready! " "Ok, and for which company are you calling about?" She angrily stated her phone number and cited she was from AEP. 330-355-1829 Extension 8590. Called ID shows that the name on the phone number is "NTHERM" phone number listed at 330-426-8337 .
