Woman wished to email documents to a specific employee. Told her that was against company policy, materials must be sent via first-class mail, and started reciting the address. She interrupted me by reading the email address for approval; I overtalked her (as so many salespeople have done to me) to repeat the instructions. She asked, "You want me to use the US Postal Service?" I replied Yes and returned to providing the information, but she hung up.
