From something called Western locators. They leave messages. When you call back, you receive a recording. I blocked original number and they call fro another.
Hung up on them 1st call and told them they could send me certified, registered letter. They called right back and I told them I was reporting them and repeated I was not giving them ANY INFO.
They claim to be selling auto warranties. Refuse to stop calling. Harassers for sure.
