I just got two phone calls from this number. I sent a text message and ask who the caller was. I didn't get anything back, except another call immediately. Spoofing.. then I got a call from 501-732-3998 immediately. Spoofing is a real problem. I called Arkansas's attorney general, and they referred me to the FCC. A complaint has been filed.
