This person calls stating he is with the "state police department" - he asks for your mailing address to send out a copy of the magazine in which your add appears on page XX - he thanks you for your past and continued support for the "fallen officers death benefit" and after you confirm your address for the mailing, he wants to remind you to PAY your invoice within 30 days. Basically, he is deceptive and gives misleading information to secure another "donation".
