Complaints about Phone Numbers347-328-####

This is a FUNDING and tho I had told them to take me off their calling list, they continue to call.

just received a call from these people saying i owed a debt of 7484.00 said they were filing a case tomorrow. i told them i did not know what they was talking about. they have my social security number which is a scary thing. i know for a fact i do not owe a debt. when they found out i have cancer she started asking about my medicine and who is taking care of me. how do these people keep getting our personal info???

I am glad I am not the only one! Received 6 phone calls from two males named mark, both foreign and one from garden law. Said the same thing that there was a civil suit against me, three charges and I owed 7735$ told me I had to have my own attorney and then started to mirandize me over the phone (haha). Said I had to be in court on Monday but then told me they would serve me on Monday. Said they were contacting my place of employment to garnish my paychecks. I hung up on them and they called me back threatening me worse than before. Finally blocked the number. Coincidentally, garden law is a real firm located in Alexandria VA and I will be calling them on Monday to let them know that someone is using their firm name to harass and scam people

I just received a call from two different numbers (347.328.0000) and (570.394.6713) claiming to be “Garden Law Firm” regarding an old debt owned by “Main Financial.” A quick google search returned no results for either business or phone numbers, other than this website. They provided me with some (old) personal information (a college email address), an address in the city I grew up in but had never used, and knew the last four digits of my Social Security Number . They claimed that I also owed approx $7000 and a civil suit would be filed against me, for 3 charges all relating to an unpaid debt from an EFT transfer. Neither man, both named Mark (one claiming to be a paralegal and one an attorney) spoke very good English, and were highly unprofessional. They couldn’t tell me what company the debt was from or when it was from. I think this is fraud, which I stated on the phone with them several times and blatantly said I am claiming no responsibility for any of the things they were stating, and for them to not contact me again. I called the Federal Trade Commission and will be filing a complaint with them.

A lady with a strange accent called and said I owe 7000 and that I should have received papers from their law firm for action being taken against me. When I called them back it said the number was not a working number

These people keep calling me that there is a civil suit against me, however i do not know what they are talking about. They threaten me to go pick up some legal documents at the court offices and the addresses provided do not exist.
