It's a good thing I have my cellphone TURNED OFF during that time!, because I already know that this UNKNOWN number from New York does NOT belong to the real "Microsoft Technical Support Team"! It's just VERY HARD to BELIEVE that this PHONY INDIVIDUAL is pretending to be with the "Microsoft Technical Support Team"!, because all he EVER wants to do is HACK into our computers and then BILK us out of our money too!
