Texted me about refilling my medications for only $299. I replied "STOP" and they replied back "Why". When I told them they were spamming me they said "NO". Blocked them.
Person who calls herself Mrs. Gwenin, claims to be from utility company Con Edison to review supply charges on my electrical account, with a ref # "egks"1540. Says I should have a recent statement for review. I know for myself, I have no account with Con Edison. This may be a potential scam. If this number calls you, demand they tell you their full name and Con Edison employee ID # so that you may verify with Com Edison before dealing with them. If they won't provide that info, hang up and report the scammer # to Con Edison.
